overwhelmed...

woke up this morning and i was singing.. haha! have you experienced that..? i was singin' tita gi's fave song.. hehe..

I am redeemed..
I am redeemed..

ayun yung kinakanta ko.. tapos whoa.. i'm just overwhelmed with God's presence during my quiet time... =j whew!

and medyo nag-reflect lang ako for the past months... [i jot it down sa journal ko kase the pc's still in use kanina.. ; ) ]

this year, dumating sa point na sobrang nangayaw na ko.. =j... the fuel slowly ran out.. the fire slowly died... almost quit.. thought of resting na lang... BUT GOD JUST MADE IT THROUGH! it's really really really tough... whew... been rebuked by God most of the times... i've been thinking that i am good.. but i'm not ; ) .. I NEED HIM! and [indeed] apart from Him I CAN DO NOTHING...

  • the key to keep you going is to keep on falling in love with God
  • once you do nothing, dreams start to cease...
  • when God seems distant, don't sin
  • when you're already weak, call a friend =)
  • God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble... =)
  • dont' forget to thank the people around you... treasure them
  • a hug means a lot! ; )
  • listen to what others say... don't be prideful
  • you received freely... give freely
  • when it's not yet time, HE MEANS IT! - IT'S NOT YET THE RIGHT TIME!
  • Grace is all you need.. His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses..
  • when you're okay, watch out!
  • be alert!
  • God's grace never ran out!
  • when you don't feel good about someone... tell them! it will help them a lot...
  • you are responsible on others too
  • the Bible - it's alive!
  • when you know you're not good enough, God can use you still!
  • when God seems distant - you're positioned for blessing!
  • never stop hoping - it fuels your journey!
... ... ... still learning....

these things are real... i've experienced it.. sobrang grabe lang si Lord! yes, we may know them.. but undergoing those stuffs is different... whew! and i'm just amazed..

kanina nga.. hehe... i tried to ask God for dreams... again... for the ministry... and whoa...
wala lang... i've come up to this one...

what i believe in...
i believe that we can do something!
i believe that we can share the love of God on the streets!
i believe that we're gonna make history!
i believe we can do this!

the Holy Spirit is already in us.. we just have to tap to the source! whew... excited nga ko sa pagtatapos ng year na to.. hehe few weeks left.. and it's not yet done... =) we can still do something! katuwa lang si Lord... =)

you can do it!

badly need prayers...

it's been like 3 or more weeks... since we passed our manuscript for our final defense... and the submission of the final copy [hard bound] is october 12 [which is next week...] and guess what... our schedule for final defense has been moved.. and moved.. and moved... and moved... the final defense is supposed to be today.. but yesterday, the secretary told my thesismates that the chairman of the panel [our beloved dean] is not available today... so she said, it would be on friday [but IT'S STILL NOT SURE....] and one professor joked at them saying, " octoberian na kayo.." whew.. [ tapos marami pang gagawin dun after the final defense.. =j -sigh- but i'm not worrying on those stuffs...] i don't believe that.. i believe that God's going to do something great.. but i don't know how.. i don't know when.. but one thing's for sure... He's never late... He's always on time.. -sigh- but sometimes.. honestly... i just don't know what to do....

Unexpected Provision

We were accompanied by two couples a while ago to Ongpin to buy our wedding ring... We only have 5k at hand but the ring's for 8k... Ate Joy covered for the amount that we lack... but later on, she said that we dont have to pay it back! Then Ate Helen also brought her wedding gown... I tried to put it on and surprisingly, it fits me well! I dont know what to say or think of... We were not raised to borrow from someone or ask for someone's help but God has His own way of providing for His children's needs... We may not expect it but He has His own way of hitting two birds with one stone--providing for your needs and teaching you some of His principles. I was just humbled by this experience... Indeed, He never forgets... His promise remains!
