waiting

Waiting period is God's way of testing our absolute dependence on Him! God doesn't change His mind, we do! So don't get tired of waiting.. for God will give it to You!!!

hmmmm... when i had my interview at HSBC.. whew!! from 9am-6pm, 75% of my time was spent with waiting.. whew!!! if i were to sum up the time i've spent with the interview, exam, then interview.. it took me about 3 hours to finish those!! whew!!! it was really very dragging to wait.. hehehehe.. but i know that in those times of waiting, God is teaching me something.. but i haven't figured it out until early this morning..! haha!!!

i know that in waiting, one of the things that's tested is your patience.. haha!!! and whew!! but i'm searching for a more deeper answer/ reason... i'm also aware that it is a stage wherein you can do your things in preparation for the future.. you should redeem your time!! hahaha!! and just early this morning, this quote was just impressed in my heart! haha!!!

in that 9 hours stay at HSBC... whew.. hahaha!!! i dunno.. i just prayed and prayed.. hehehe... kase wala talaga kong magawa!! waaaaah!! tapos almost all the time, ako ung last na tinatawag!!! grabe!!! sobrang dragging nah!!! hahaha!! but then, i saw God's favor! hehehehe... it's like this.. if you're a walk-in applicant, you'll have a screening interview.. then, if you passed, you'll have another interview before examination.. then 2 more interviews.. you're blessed if you don't receive any white paper.. hahaha!! and i'm blessed!! woooooooooooooooooooooh!!!
tapos, after the exam, supposed to be, 2 more interviews pa.. pero ako, isa na lang!! hahahahah!!! kanina ko nga lang na-realize un eh.. bukod sa dahil magsi-six pm na, kaya ganun.. i just felt that God's favor is really upon me.. hehehe!!! ndi ko nga alam na pag dating ko dun eh mageexam na pala agad akoh!! hahah!!! whow!! i just felt God's grace!!!

and whew!! i'm still waiting.. [o diba!?! up to this moment..] if the agency will call to tell me i'm hired or not.. hahah!!! whew!! and wow.. favorite ko nang stage ang waiting.. because it's also an opportunity to get close to God!! hahahahahhahahah!!! His mind does not change.. so whatever it is that He's up to... surely, it shall come to pass in His own time... and ako.. haha!!! i just have to hold on tightly to my God!!! whew!!!

badly need prayers...

it's been like 3 or more weeks... since we passed our manuscript for our final defense... and the submission of the final copy [hard bound] is october 12 [which is next week...] and guess what... our schedule for final defense has been moved.. and moved.. and moved... and moved... the final defense is supposed to be today.. but yesterday, the secretary told my thesismates that the chairman of the panel [our beloved dean] is not available today... so she said, it would be on friday [but IT'S STILL NOT SURE....] and one professor joked at them saying, " octoberian na kayo.." whew.. [ tapos marami pang gagawin dun after the final defense.. =j -sigh- but i'm not worrying on those stuffs...] i don't believe that.. i believe that God's going to do something great.. but i don't know how.. i don't know when.. but one thing's for sure... He's never late... He's always on time.. -sigh- but sometimes.. honestly... i just don't know what to do....

Unexpected Provision

We were accompanied by two couples a while ago to Ongpin to buy our wedding ring... We only have 5k at hand but the ring's for 8k... Ate Joy covered for the amount that we lack... but later on, she said that we dont have to pay it back! Then Ate Helen also brought her wedding gown... I tried to put it on and surprisingly, it fits me well! I dont know what to say or think of... We were not raised to borrow from someone or ask for someone's help but God has His own way of providing for His children's needs... We may not expect it but He has His own way of hitting two birds with one stone--providing for your needs and teaching you some of His principles. I was just humbled by this experience... Indeed, He never forgets... His promise remains!
